Tips
for Making Christmas ATCs
by Eileen Korponay
This is an
Artist Trading Card which can be put to
use as an image for a Christmas card. The ATC
was made by first colouring the background with
watercolour. When the colour was dry, the image
of Santa was rubber stamped using a waterproof
ink pad. Gouage and gold gesso were then used to
colour the image. The word 'joy' is a plastic
embellishment.
The ATC can be scanned to use as an image
for more than one Christmas card or it can be
attached to cardstock or watercolour paper to
make one card. See more tips for making cards
in our publication, Tips For Painting
and Printing
Greeting Cards, which is advertised in
the Lesson
Shoppe.
